About Us
Veridian Esports was founded to provide a platform for Women's Competitive spaces providing a plethora of tools and social aspects to players and organizers alike.
Tired and disgruntled of coordinating between several discord servers, websites, and coordinators; we picked apart what we liked and didn't like about them to assemble our site.
From the beginning we decided that one of our core tenets was the concept of 'The Library' and providing players with as much information as possible through data, resources, and guides written by the community.
Our first focus is with Apex Legends as it is the title that we most often compete in. As we grow and expand we are going to be integrating more and more titles such as Valorant, Overwatch, Deadlock, Rivals, and more.

The Library
We wanted a space for players to be able to study the game and gain new knowledge. It hosts a collection of works by various members of the community on several aspects of game knowledge. Additional works are always being added and we encourage experienced players to reach out to get their works added.
Ranks
A MMR System is something we wanted to add from the get go, however we found that most MMR systems fall short in two ways, Clarity and Growth. With our system we wanted a transparent way to understand easily how you stack up against your fellow competitors.
Once you have a couple matches in our system you will see an estimated rank. Eventually as our system is able to get a clearer picture of your skill your rank will become official and you will be added to the leaderboard.
As you grow as a player your ranking will too, matches that are 3 months old will start to degrade, weighing less and less until at 6 months old they no longer count for your rank at all; ensuring that your current skill is best shown.
Data & Metrics
Your data is yours, at a glance you will be able to see the aggregate data of what matters most to you. KD, Avg. Damage Differential, Accuracy, and Headshot Accuracy. We also track how you perform on certain characters and show you your best performing characters.
We also show you what Role on a team you best fill so that you have a better understanding of how to best let your team succeed.

Verification
Anyone who wishes to play in events and participate in leaderboards must become verified. As players sign up they may already be verified from being a known player in Women's Comp.
Our verification system is non-invasive and standardized. If you have any questions about our verification process please reach out via our contact form.

Big names in the scene who regularly host tournaments, events, and host platforms for women's comp. Partners get early access to new organizer tools as well as a few extra perks that allow them to keep making an impact and grow the scene.
Get in touchOrganizers
We want anyone to be able to easily and quickly host an event. Giving this ability to the general public allows for anyone who has an interest in hosting an easy pathway to get into hosting. After running a few events you will be given the 'Organizer' title on your profile and given access to some additional tools.
